A calm space with enough room to work comfortably is usually enough. Comfortable clothing is helpful, and MobilZen brings the practical setup needed for the session.
What should I expect during the first session?
The first session starts with a short conversation about your needs and the service you booked. From there, the session is paced clearly so you know what will happen next.
Where are sessions available, and are there travel limits?
Sessions are available across Luxembourg and in French sectors 54 and 57, depending on availability. If your location needs a longer journey, this can be clarified before the booking is confirmed.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment is made after the session. MobilZen currently accepts cash or Payconiq in Luxembourg.
Can I reschedule if something changes?
Yes. Please get in touch as early as possible so the session can be moved or the time slot can be released calmly.
